Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital features a 42-bed skilled nursing unit as part of its continuum of rehabilitation services. Our facility provides expert rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for those recovering from surgery or other medical treatments, or have post-hospitalization debility. We provide 24-hour nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living, and care focused on restoring the individual’s health and independence. Because we are situated in a rehabilitation hospital, it allows us to care for patients that may have complex nursing needs while still participating in our therapy program.
Our skilled nursing unit offers 24/7 respiratory therapy, complex wound care, IV therapy services, tracheostomy care and nocturnal trilogy, in a serene and comfortable setting.
We accept Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Coventry, Tricare, United Health Care, and many more insurance plans.
